I believe movement is more than exercise—it’s a skill, a discipline, and a lifestyle.
I'm Richard "Richie" Salazar Jr., a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, certified personal trainer, and lifelong movement practitioner with over two decades of experience in rehabilitation, fitness, and performance training. I hold a Black Belt in Taekwondo, a Black Belt in Judo, and I'm a former breakdancer and music enthusiast—backgrounds that shape how I train the body: with fluidity, rhythm, control, strength, and purpose.
My approach is different because my path is different.
I blend clinical rehabilitation principles with martial arts discipline, athletic conditioning, and dance-based mobility to help clients move better, feel stronger, and regain confidence in their bodies—especially after injury, surgery, or years of wear and tear. Every program I design is intentional, joint-focused, and adaptable, whether you're rebuilding after rehab, returning to sport, or simply learning how to move pain-free again.
I specialize in helping:
Adults 40+ regain strength, mobility, and confidence
Former athletes and martial artists reconnect with their bodies
Clients transitioning from rehab back into real-world fitness
Individuals who want structure, guidance, and a system—not guesswork
Movement should be fluid, strength should be functional, and training should respect the body's history—not fight it.
This is where rehabilitation meets performance.
This is where discipline meets rhythm.
This is where recovery meets strength.
